By accessing or using MediNova Medical Supplies services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
MediNova Medical Supplies provides Medicare-covered and insurance-covered durable medical equipment (DME) including orthotic braces, wheelchairs, walkers, CPAP equipment, and other prescribed medical devices.
2. Eligibility
To receive equipment, you must have a valid prescription from a licensed physician and be enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or a participating insurance plan.
3. Ordering & Delivery
Orders are processed upon receipt of a valid prescription and insurance verification. We provide nationwide delivery across all 50 states.
4. Insurance & Billing
We bill Medicare, Medicaid, or your private insurance directly. You are responsible for any applicable copayments, deductibles, or non-covered amounts.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Equipment returns are subject to Medicare and insurance regulations. Contact us within 30 days of receipt if you experience issues with your equipment.
